Winking Seal Brewery

After joining forces with Winking Seal, Paul and Andy have become part of the production team and lead the production since 2017. Andy was a head brewer and CPO, Paul's position was production planning manager. Together they have raised the production capacity from initial 2000l/month to 45000/month throughout multiple expansions and production upgrades. Under our lead we have hosted internships for Vietnamese and French universities. Another achievement for our team was raising two brewers whom one moved letter to work for Pauster Street brewing.
