We love to educate our customers on how to appreciate good beer as well as to teach them how to judge beer more objectively. Beer tasting is one of the tools that brewers, customers and QC teams use to identify mistakes or desired flavors. Before any lab analysis beer is tasted. 

Our team organises beer tastings internally and externally. We would discuss beer styles and its impact on ingredients choice and whether it reflected it in the taste and character of the beer. Off flavor tasting allows us to identify undesired elements in beer.
